Welcome to HabiHelper! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HabiHelper mobile application and related services (“Service”), provided by Papa-N-Son’s Properties LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using HabiHelper, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Who We Are

HabiHelper is a subscription-based app designed to guide individuals through the process of building a home. We offer tools for planning, organization, budgeting, and communication with contractors and vendors.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use HabiHelper. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

  1. Subscriptions & Billing
  • Subscription Plans: HabiHelper offers monthly, semi-annually and/or annual subscription plans. Details of the plans, including pricing, are available within the app and on our website.
  • Billing: Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Free Trials: We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the chosen subscription.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
  1. Use of the Service

You agree to use HabiHelper for lawful purposes only. You will not:

  • Misuse the app or try to access it using unauthorized means.
  • Upload or share false, misleading, or harmful information.
  • Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app or its content.
  1. User Content

You may upload project details, documents, images, and notes (“User Content”) to your account. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the app.

  1. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using HabiHelper, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

  1. Third-Party Integrations

HabiHelper may integrate with third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for any third-party content, data usage, or issues that arise from those integrations.

  1. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

HabiHelper is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app’s functionality, reliability, or accuracy.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HabiHelper.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
